this is for the week of 1/5/08-1/9/08 john grogan- marley and me. morgan falasca finished.
marley is a really bad dog. he chews anything in sight and he ate Jenny's good necklace. Jenny has always been wanting a baby ever since her and john got married. They finally were going to have a baby! But when they go to the doctors, there is a problem... the baby has suffered... therefore they had a miscarriage. Jenny is all upset, she wants the dog gone (because he is so bad) and she just wants her whole life, gone. but, john trains him... obedience class. he did amazing. Now he only has to break the habit of greeting people by jumping on them... thats where john's friend comes in at. When marley jumps up you have to slightly kick him in the knee... its going to slightly hurt, but it will teach him right. Now, within a few weeks later, jenny wants to try again... within 9 months a new born baby is at their side. But the baby doesn't fit into the house, no room for him. So they have to move to Boca... a place for plastic boobs and nose jobs (as john says.) jenny has 2 more kids... but as the story progresses, marley gets sick, he has a twisted stomach therefore he struggles with pain and he suffers till the end! At the very end of the story, they have to put him down (thats how bad he suffered.) This book made me cry from the beginning to the end... I love dogs and i hate it when the describe how much they are in pain and how much they suffered. I can't stand it... but other than the crying part, this is my new favorite book [:

What they find out is that one of them Is a hockey player scarred for life when he injured a player, a colorblind photographer, a rich girl thats almost never dived, and a girl with a limp, who is the best diver there. While there, they make a discovery of a underwater shipwreck while being led by a secret team of treasure hunters. The treasure hunters are up to something but the 4 teen diver, Kaz, Star, Dante, and adriana are determined to get the treasure that is hidden under neath the reef before the tresure hunters get to it first. I like these books because tthey are part of a three book series by an author that iv'e been reading alot of.
