Nobodey likes max-ernest because he has a talking problem which nobodey could cure. Also he has two of every thing because his parents are divorced but live in the same house on different sides. They have recently distroyed the midnight sun the secret place where a magicians long lost brother and an evil old old old old women who looks like she was 20 had their secret hidout. Cass and max ernest have been waitng for a note from someone from the secret scociety that protects what the evil people want. They are hoping they would be assigned to some sort of project. one day in cass's lunch box was a secret incripted note from the magicion. they had to meet him at the dock at 12 pm. That day their also was a new boy at their school, he was a foreighn exchange student.
Bryan Alcox Chasing the falconers Chap 5 to the end By the way, the cop thought she was a boy and left. Aiden felt guilty about eating their food and taking their stuff, so he left them a note. After that, they stole the house owners SUV and drove it to Vermont. They siphoned gas from another car, got caught and very nearly escaped. They went to Vermont, and while they were in their old summer house, Aiden got the picture of uncle frank, the CIA agent who hired his parents. They also ran into a bald man who tried to kill Miguel because he thought that he was Aiden. Aiden knocked him out with a piece of wood, but Miguel had already been shot in the arm. They left him by a car and told the car owners to bring him to a hospital. Agent Emmanuel Harris, the man who arrested their parents, almost ran over the bald man who tried to kill Aiden and Meg, but he got way. Agent Emanuel Harris tried to chase Aiden and Meg through the forest, but Aiden and Meg had stolen a quad, found a farm house, and slept there for the night.
Aiden went to the red jacket motor lodge after seeing that printed on a life preserver in the picture of uncle frank. He asked the man at the desk to see the records of the hotel guests. The man said no, and Meg went into a hotel room and set off the smoke alarm. When the guy left, Aiden looked at the records. Lindenaur wasn’t in there, so he searched Jane Macintosh, his girlfriend at the time. They found her address in Boston. They started going to the nearest bus station on their quad. They were going up a steep hill, and fell backwards. They went down the mountain, and an old man who saw them fall over put them in his truck and drove them to the hospital. They tried to ditch the man, but their mug shots were being displayed in the hospital. They left the hospital by hiding in an ambulance. They jumped out, and decided that they needed to leave Vermont. They took a late night bus to Boston. I like this book because the author made everything suspenseful by having so many people looking for them. He also made the characters resourceful and clever which is very interesting.
Agent Emanuel Harris was starting to feel guilty about sending the falconers to prison. Also the Falconers found the address where Jane Macintosh lived. It was apparently a mini mall. They went into it and found out that Jane Macintosh had a travel business inside. It was closed for the weekend so the falconers had to find a place to stay. To do that they needed money. Aiden overheard construction workers needing a replacement, so he filled in and would do odd jobs. Meg went to the library to use the Internet to search for a hotel. While there, she searched her name. One of he hits was on an air travel sight. The falconers had an account with almost 700,000 frequent flier miles on it. They obviously wouldn’t be able to use their dads, but their mom used her maiden name, graham, with the same amount of points on it. While Aiden was at work, Meg decided to check into the royal Bostonian with the points, saying her mom was in a press conference. Meg decided to buy clothes from a thrift shop for her and Aiden so they didn’t stand out.
Again, this book is exciting because you never know when they will get caught. Also, Aiden and Meg can only rely on each other, but their character traits are so different, and that makes it funny.
The police arrived at the hotel where Aiden and Meg were staying. Aiden and Meg tried to escape the hotel, but cops surrounded the hotel. At the last minute, Aiden remembered on of his dads mystery books, when Mac Mulvey (main character) was surrounded by cops in an apartment. He escaped by jumping down a laundry shoot, so they did too. In the bottom floor, they over heard 2 workers talking about a robbery, and that was why the cops were there, not for Aiden and Meg. The next day, Meg was going to take a girl named Chelsea to the movies, because she had seen her sulking around the hotel while her dad was away on “business”. They went and had a good time, but Chelsea would get upset and break down whenever the robbery was mentioned, or also at her skill of climbing and sneaking around. Meg realized she was the robber when her dad came out of a pawn shop. The next day, Jane Macintosh was in her store and realized who Aiden and Meg were. She told them all she knew about Lindenauer. He sped and always paid with cash. That was it. She told them to come back to her house later that day. Later, Agent Emanuel Harris decided to get the adult falconers together from their prisons and televise a plead to their children to turn themselves it so they don’t get in danger. Meg was spotted viewing the televised plead on a TV in a display window, and she was recognized. She ran away after that. Meg met up with Aiden, hid for a little bit, then went to aunt Jane’s who called the cops on them after she saw their parents plead. They tried to runaway, but Meg got caught. Aiden got away though.
I like this book because the author made everything suspenseful by having so many people looking for them. The characters are very smart, and funny. Also, there are a lot of twists, and you never know what will happen.
Aiden had to run away from the police, and he got away from them. Meg was going to be picked up by Harris. Meg was moved to a room for the cops with a bed in it. Aiden fell asleep in a woodshed, and decided he would break out Meg. The next day, he wore a disguise and snuck into the police station. Remembering that frank Lindenaur was a fast driver, he decided to look to see if he got a ticket. He did and he grabbed on of the papers saying he did, hoping it had his address on it. He ran out before anyone saw him, and overheard someone talking about a girl in a crash pad. He figured it was Meg, and he looked for a map of the station. He found one and found a room called the constables dayroom. He figured that would be the crash pad. Meanwhile, Meg saw the bald assassin that was in Vermont coming onto the station. Aiden found the room and was going in, so Meg hid in the closet thinking it was the assassin, or “Hairless Joe”. Aiden went to the closet, and when he opened it, Meg kicked him, and winded him, but then realized who it was. They decided to sneak out. Aiden put on a uniform that was in the closet and pretended to be a cop. He led meg out of the room, and into the lobby. You never know what will happen in this book. The author makes you think one thing will happen and then does something totally different. He makes the 2 main characters that can only trust each other so different. I like the books in this series.
Aiden started walking out of the hallway, and everything was going fine. They recognized hairless Joe in the lobby though, and he recognized them. Aiden and Meg kept walking o the door, and when Joe started following them, Aiden pointed at him and yelled, “GUN!!!” The cops tackled Joe, and Aiden and Meg ran out of the police station. In the road, everyone thought that Aiden was a cop. They followed his directions and Aiden soon recognized hairless Joe’s red hummer. He directed traffic so a big tractor-trailer carrying logs blocked the roads. Aiden almost got run over by Joe, but Meg pushed him out of the way. The hummer crashed and Joe got knocked out. He said call an ambulance and then ran way with Meg. Later, Harris found out that Meg was gone with a imposter cop. Back to Aiden and Meg, Aiden unfolded the paper that he got from the police station, and it had Lindenaur’s address on it. It was addressed to California. Aiden and Meg crossed the borde4r and went into Cambridge Massachusetts.
I like this book because you want to know what comes next. Aiden and Meg beat the cops again, and I want to find out what else the different characters will do.
oh. my. gods. from where i was last time to 205 Nicole :] So, Stella the evil step sister randomly has an act of kindness and says to Phoebe that she'll help her with her Greek verby stuff, if Phoebe tries to break up Adara and Griffin. Then stella says if you don't I'll agree with the parents that keeping you here for another year would be good...blah blah...So while running, she gets closer to him, she cuts her running time down by 3 minutes which is really great, she likes him more, he acts like her, then they're like "having a moment" or whatever, and Stella finds out that he is related to Hercules too, but theres only one person per generation, and that decendant has to do the "hero thing", like when Phoebe "hurt" her foot, he carried her home; not because he wanted to, because he had to, so they get closer, and then Adara and Stella come over and are like "you won the bet, you owe me a latte" to Stella; talking about Griffin, and Phoebe asks what bet, Griffin says is nothing then Adara tells her that the bet was if Griffin could get Phoebe to think he really liked her,Stella won, but Adar thought she had more self-respect than that, so she lost. Phoebe gets SOOOOO mad and sad to Griffin, almost cries, then runs home. She gets home, checks her e-mail and she has 3. One from the coach at USC saying shes going to get the scholarship...blah...one from Cesca saying she's sorry she's been so mean, Phoebe writes back Me too...then she gets one from Griffin saying he's sorry and that he could do it over again, he wouldn't treat her so badly, and that today wasn't about the bet, it was real. Damien tells her that there was something in America about the secret of the island, and it wasn't from Cesca. It was on a blog by JAM FREAK, and Phoebe knows who it is instantly: Ex-Boyfriend Justin. She calls Cesca and asks if she told anyone about the powers thing that slipped up the one time. In the back, she hears Justin...in Cesca's house! :O Then she finds out that Cesca and Justin are going out! But then Cesca finds out he over-read her private e-mail, and she actually gets him out of her house. I like it so far because it's teen drama which i love, except it's that PLUS magical powers and best friends across the world!

So at dinner the next day or whatever, Stella comes in saying "oh, i'm not hungry, i had a huge latte" rubbing the whole bet thing in Phoebe's face, So Phoebe's like about to hit her, and her mom and Damien make them talk about it, and Stella says she really didn't know that Phoebe actually liked him, and shes sorry about that. At practice the next day, coach purposely puts Griffin and Phoebe together, because they're equally matched, and no one else can "push" Phoebe. P. finds out why Nicole hates Griffin and it was that when G and N were little, they got in trouble, and Ns mom and dad got banished, but N thinks G did that on purpose, but Gs parents got completely banished. He says the bet ended for him on the day that Phoebe hurt her foot. So the ending is pretty obvious(well to me anyway.) At the race, Nola and Cesca are there, Phoebe wins, Griffin ends up with Phoebe, She finds out she's a descendant of Nike the running god, She lives hapily ever after...blah, she finds out that her dad died because of his powers; he knew the rules, and broke them anyway, and his punishment was death. Oh, Phoebe gets to tell N and C that she's magical. Phoebe winds up staying another year to master her skills and be with Griffin. The ending was WAY to predictable, i knew she was going to be a descendant in the like 3rd chapter. Otherwise, I liked it a lot! :] 3.5 stars
After being on a ship for days peter was hungry and tried,but he counldn't go down to the deck to get food in sight of sailors. So he dicided to go out and get water, so he flew down out of sight and hide behind the door as Tink gave him water one shell full at a time. Then he when below deck to find food without anyone seeing him. When he tryed to get meat, until the man woke up and chased him to the deck and peter jumped off.
Molly couldn't sleep because she was worried about her father being gone. She sat at her window and looked out at the darkness, until she saw a Bobby (a English police officer)walked into her yard and started to talk to one of the garudes, and then he left. Molly never know why the bobby was there in the first place at this time of night, the the maid open the door and started to say that she needed to go to bed and sleep. After talking avery long time with this maid and left, she had a feeling that that maid was standing there the whole time she was awake.... And she was.
What Molly didn't know was that her maid was telling the Bobby from in the house that there were three grards and one dog.
Peter was now in the mast for a day now and had no food for a long time. When the ship hit the English dock it started to rain. Peter and tink had the idea of fling into the rain so no one can see them. And soon thay were in the streets of londen, Peter then bumped into an old man that told him to trust no one here in the streets of londen.
When Nessese adn Stige bourded the dock the so-called Bobby and another man was standing there and told them of the grades and the dog. Stige said it would be no problem for Lord Obren, this sent fesr in every one s eyes when Lord Oben came on to the dork. They soon found a buggy to get them to the Mansion where Molly lived.
Peter was now walking around the streets of Londen and he soon sat down to rest, but then a boy came up to him a told him that he know a place where it was warm and has food and beds. Peter then followed the boy into a little shake that was in the ally ways. But it was a trap, an old man made Peter stay in the house and work for him and get the man money. When thay were all asleep, Tink had a plan that was a way to get out. Peter was then yelling on the floor saying that his hair was on fire, this worked and he ran away from the house with the man right at he heels. Peter climded a latter to the top of a bilding and fly away. When the man got to the top he didn't find Peter so he went back to the house and fell asleep.
Thomas The King of Attolia ch 1-10 Eugenides is now the not so proud king of Attolia. through sweet talking, and kidnapping the queen, She marries eguenidies out of her own will. the terrible war between the 3 countries finally comes to an end. with a treaty between Attolia and Eddis, Sounis backs off. now it is Atollia turn to shine. the borons on lords were pretty much running the country, and the queen has to keep them in check. no one knows it, but Eguenides is very cunning, and they mock him constantly. so now the queen has to teach the new king how to keep tht cunningness in check, as well as the lords of her court. but Eguenides ins't alone. a palace gaurd took a sucker punch at Eguenides. now it is hell for the little soldier.
this book is a little dull. but is perfectly completes the trilogy. the first book, tensions build up. the second one, those tensions snap, and war breaks out; not to mension a new invader comes, the medes. now the third book, is all about political stability in all three countries. all of the good stuff.
kissing the rain. Pages 1-38 nicole :] A fat kid MOO Nelson (his names Mikey, but he's fat so people call him moo like a cow.) likes to go on a bridge over looking the highway all the time. It's his happy place :] So he talks about this one huge incident that leads to pretty much the whole plot. Okay, so hes on the bride, then a BMW and Range Rover(moo is car expert) come speeding down the highway late at night, in a car chase. So they each get out and start fighting, then more people come out from the cars, then BMW guy falls to the ground pretending Range Rover Guy Hit him. but he never touched him.Then like 2 minutes later, the cops and the ambulance are there. (weird because no one else is at the scene of the crime, and they came so quick). So one cop comes on the bridge and starts interrogating Moo, because he's the only witness.The cop gets his address and says he'll visit him tomorrow. So, that's what moo says was the start of it.But then the next chapter goes on to say that it really all started when his dad got caught in a scam for money and his family had to move. That's when moo got fat too. So moo tells his parents that the cop is going to come by tomorrow and their like well you shouldn't be involved. I think that if the cops interrogated him because he's a witness..hes OBVIOUSLY involved!! His parents are stupid in my opinion. I like how in the book certain words are capitalized and stuff. I think its interesting so far. :]
Huck is a regualr kid who lives in the south. His father doens't live with him so he is forced to live with Miss. Watson. She is a very nice but strict lady who wantes Huck to be well eduacted and never to do anything bad. She even makes him dress in very nice clothes that he really doesn't like to do. He always wanted to smoke, but he knew he's get in trouble if he did, so he didn't. As time went by, Huck was becoming like a good kid. His friends found a cave and planned to kill and kidnap people, but it never happened. All of huck's friends seemed to have agreat imagination, but Huck really didn't seem to believe any of it. Soon after that Huck's dad all of a sudden came back. he was all dirty and druck. He was yelling at Huck for being more eduacated then him and told him to stop and come with him. Huck's dad told Huck to give him money, he did and all he did was spend it on achohol. before that Huck had given up alot of money , and Huck's dad told him to give him it but he didn't have it . Huck's dad went to jail alot. He always got druck and got himself into trouble. the judge invited him to his house one night and he promised him to be a better guy, but in the guest room that night he drank, fell out of the window and broke his leg. Soon after that Huck had moved out into the forest with him. He was always drunk, leaving him locked in the house for days without him even there. Sometimes he thought he had drowned. But he came back everytime. One time he started to saw the cabin open to get out but just as he was doing that his dad came back. As tie passed huck really wanted to get away so he filled a raft up with food and other supplies he would need and went off into the water. He heard maney voices and it was really dark, but no matter what he kept going to an island he had heard of
this is a pretty short chapter, and it just fills in the details. Now the king and his little Guard fakll into a routine. first he goes to the hall to have some breakfast, then he goes to the training yard for some exersises. then it is time for the couts to meets and discuss the state of the country and how to fix it. then it is luch time. then it is time for some more counciling. the king's little gaurd get promoted to a lutenuent, this position is next to being captin of the guard.
this chapter was altright. it was just a fill in the details kind of chapter. it shows how this type of lifestyle doesn't fit eugenedes at all, but at least he takes the Gaurd down with him.
John and Lorraine came home from school and decided to prank call people like they do almost every night. It came to lorraine's turn, she closed her eyes, touched a random name in the phone book and called the person. all she had to do was stay on the phone with the person for as long as she could. the man who answered seemed very happy. lorraine said that she represented a charity and asked him if he would like to give some money. He said that he would be glad to . He seemed very happy and wanted to talk to Lorraine for a long time,. he talked about how alone he felt because his was away. Then he invite dthem both over to give them the moeny. lorraine didn't want to back out of it and tell him it was a prank because she would feel bad and he wasjust a really nice man. So the next day John and lorraine skipped school and went to mr. pignati's house. lorraine was trying to convice John not to go because something could happen but he siad they had to get the money and he'd be suspicouis if thety didn't come. Wen they got there mr. Pignati was very nice. he was nicer then they thought. Almost to nice. they had a good conversation. then he showed them his pig collection. He had a whole shelf full. There were all different kinds too. Big ones. Fat ones , all kinda. Some of them Mr Pignati gave to his wife. After a while mr. pignati asked john and lorriane to go to the zoo the next day. he went to the zoo everyday and he wanted to spend more time with him so they decided to go. Lorriane didn't want to go again because she wasn't interested but john said they would have to go to be nice. After mr. pinatis house lorraine and john went to a little hang out place where the guy who lives there gives free drinks even if the kids are young. John had some drinks and smoked a little the lorraine went home. Lorraine didn't expect her mom to be home but she was. She thought she'd yell at her for being home late. But she didn't she aksed where hse was and lorraine said she was at a meeting but her mom still questioned. she was tired and asked lorraine to make her own dinner. She then went to bed and when she did lorraine called john. they were talking about the zee but then lorraines mom came in and lorraine pretended that it was her friend and hung up. the next day john and lorraine went to the zoo. John had a good time,. they looked at all the animals. Lorraine not so much, She hated the people who worked there. they were always so mean and she went up to a stand to buy some peanuts . the lady was so mean. that was the beggining of lorraines bad day. She got chased buy birds and john just stood there, she really didn't have a good time. John did but lorraine didn't. at the end of the day Mr. Pignati asked lorraine and john . but they didn't know what to do now.
huck fin is on the island by himself. He thinks it's his own little island and he owns it. He searches the island. he gets berries and carries his gun around all the time. Sometimes he hears voices but he can never really see the people. He gets hungry alot too. he thinks that the people he knew would try to look for him. he knew they were looking for him. Ms watson was probably worried. they would look for him all the time until they couldn't find him anymore and just give up. One time he saw alot of them come by in the river and throw big bolders in the water so it would make his dead body come up from the water. But it never worked. he tried searching searching the whole island before. it was big and he climbed up on a tree just to see all of it. It was realy nice, Then it was dark and he went back to his camp sight. he then decided to go across the river to get some foo.d as he got over there he heard some horses and voices. he wanted to see who it was. he searched around for along time hearing voices but never seeing any people. Finanlly he found a fitr. As he walked closer and closer to it he saw jim. Ms watsons husaband. he hadn't seen him in forever. he then yelled out his name. JIm! Jim then got scared. he thought he was a ghost. he said what did he have to diserve this, to be haunted by a ghost. Huck then went back to the boat so he wouldn't get aught and quickly got out of there before he had the time when he reached the other side back to his campsight, he went to sleep.

there is a kid named huckleberry that was fun a recent book called the adventures of tom sawyer. they tell you right off the bat that tom sawyer is a trouble maker and he usually takes some children with him in his dirty deeds. they tell you also that huck is a very poor boy that was abandoned by his mother and father. his father had a drinking problem and the widow and judge thatcher took custody of him. he became an orphan. later on in the story his father comes back and asked for some of that money that the judge has put in a trust for huck (that tom and huck found in a cave, $6000 each). he gave him around 2 dollars, and the father was only using it for wiskey too. also, the widow has slave named jim. one day tom and huck sneeked up on him while he was sleeping and put his hat on the tree above him and when he awoke, he believed that it was the witches and spirts that took his head up there. so now he became famous between all the slaves for his popular witch stories.
Thomas The king of Attolia chapter 12 Well, things are pretty much normal in Atollia. the King's own joke on the gaurd Costis, making him lutenient, sort of backfires. all of the other Gaurd menbers treat him like a honerable leader, even the veterans. all the servents of the king like to play tricks on him. they lead him to the wrong corneres and dead ends in the palace. there is also a servant that helps Costis with all the kings tortures, like the Mede language, and training.
this chapter is pretty funny. it shows how everyone is coping with the newly crowned king. none of the palace servents like him. this is how thwey play there games.
when huck's pap came back, he was drunk and demanded money, and takes him to a cabin somewhere with a lake. as his father gets even more drunk and leaves the cabin, huck needs a plan to get away. so he starts drilling a hole in the cabin, he found a little raft/boat thinh that was going to use to get away through the mississippi river. but when his pap came back as found him missing... he thought he was murdered because the hole was filled back up ad it wasn't noticable to pap. before huck left, he took clothes, pots, pans, food, and anything valuable that would be neccesary to live alone. so he gets into his boat and sails off. days later he reaches jackson island. days later, a ferry rides by, and guess who's on it; tom sawyer, pap, the widow, and betsie, all looking for his corpse. they were throwing loaves of bread to see if the corpse would rise to the surface. while still hiding, huck grabbed it and ate it. later, he finds a person... who is it?
blister's best friend jonah, has been accused of shoplifting, but blister knows thathe didn't do it. he has always wanted to be popular and this was finally his chance to show to the popular kids that he has guts to steal. but he even knows that he didn't steal, but didn't want to tatletale on the real theif, jakob cutter. at home, mary reed (blister's mother) and frank holt (her mother's new husband) just bought a new home and they all moved into it. but of course, the person living next to her is the theif, jakob cutter. right from the start, blister knows that she sorta likes him, and he likes her...he gave her a single rose in a vase. how adorable, but she acts like they aren't friends and she doesn't like it, but she takes into her room anyway (: jakob called her one day and asked her if she would walk to school with her, before she could give me an answer, he said "great, i'll pick you up at 7:30 sharp, be ready." now, jonah has run away because the police would be him in juvie if they caught him... and blister starts to search for him. she had to look for him at a place where he was last happy ever since he doesn't have a father, and his baby sister died during birth... he only place she could think was her old elementry school, bixley, was the last place that everything was going right for him. she walks into their sixth grade classroom and open the supply closet, and called for him, he was there and he looked like a nerd. she trys to make him come out and tell the police the real story, but he refuses and says "i'm staying here forever and you can't stop me!" he then asked her if she could bring him food every morning on the way to her new school, and she accepted... so after this, she went to the market and guess who she saw?! jakob cutter. he asked who she was shopping for and she replied, "myself, i like a good old pb&j." and took the stuff to jonah after, banans, raisins, pb&j's, bread, anything that would last until he couldn't take it any longer and come out! before she leaves, she tries to pull him out nd grabs him by the shirt, but misses, and he kisses her. but jonah was aiming for her lips, but missed and kissed her forehead. whatta dummy! (: this book is very good, i really like how the author gives you so much detail about how each character is feeling and what they want to do in the future. i really like how blister falls in love with two guys, her best friend and her "enemie." who will she choose?
the person that is found on the island, is jim, a runaway slave. he is startled to see huck there. they find out that there is a huge storm coming in, so they hide under a river boat until the storm passes, it does. then huck disguises as a girl to get information about pap and everyone looking for him. his new girl name is sarah williams. a women finds him and she says that there are no one by the name of sarah williams on the island... he also finds out some information. there were rewards for people who find jim and huck. $200 for huck and $300 for jim. the lady has believed that huck "sarah williams" knows jim, so she tells her husband to look for jim on jackson island with another man and a gun. the lady then knows that huck is really a boy and his name is george peters and he is a mean farmer. back at the camp, jim and huck build a decoy campfire so that it would lead the gun people where they aren't. they leave on a raft and while drifting down, they come across robbers stealing good in a wrecked ship with thousands of dollars. the two robbers are threatening to kill the third robber if he would "tell" anyone about this. huck said that they have to cut the robber's boat loose so that it will prevent them from escaping. jim responded by saying that their OWN boat has been cut loose and drifted away. now jim and huck swim over to th robbers boat, and they have many iteams in the boat... they finally find their raft, get on it, and go ashore to get help. find ferry watchmen and says that a family is stranded on a wreck called the "walter scott" he convinces the watchmen to take the ferry and go help the family in danger. they did. then, they sink the robbers boat and then fall asleep. then they see the "walter scott" drift downstream and knew that the robbers haven't survived.
I really like this book, it is just like hatchet except they are not stranded on an island... i really like huck's personality and how he reacts to himself helping jim run away, he thinks he's a bad person for not believing in the society that he lives in. :)
in the next chapters, huck and jim find a bunch of old things on the "walter scott," such as books, clothes, and cigars. they take one of the many books and huck reads it to him, telling him about the many adventures and he made up some of his own adventures also. he told stories about the dolphin and king solomon and how he chopped off a baby's head. the dolphin is currently wandeirng around America. jim also refuses to believe that the french don't speak english. huck tries to argue but is overruled. defeated! they were heading down ohio river and their raft get's separated and lose direction. they finally reunite and huck tells jim that it is all a dream... when jim find out that he was lieing, he get's very mad. so huck feels bad for lieing. huck is also worried that because jim has escaped from his rightful owner, miss. watson. jim wants to go to free states and gain freedom for his kids and wife. if the master's don't give up the family, then he will kidnapp them. huck is jim's only friend too. a raft with two men came up and asked if there are any slaves on his boat. he leads the men in believing that his family is on the boat with smallpox. out of pity they leave huck $40 dollars in gold for him and his "family." they pass several towns and they then stop for the night. they separate again, and this time, he comes across an island and is cornered by a pack of dogs.
i really like this book. it is very suspenceful and somewhat hard to understand. my favorite part so far is how huck is such as great liar to watchmen and the people who came up to his boat and asked for any slaves were on there, and of course, he made up a great story about how his family was suffering from smallpox and that they should back off before they get them. he's such a great liar.

Their only friends are each other. nobodey likes cass because she has huge pointy elf ears, and she only uses and eat thing that are good for a natural disaster. Nobodey likes max-ernest because he has a talking problem which nobodey could cure. Also he has two of every thing because his parents are divorced but live in the same house on different sides. They have recently distroyed the midnight sun the secret place where a magicians long lost brother and an evil old old old old women who looks like she was 20 had their secret hidout. Cass and max ernest have been waitng for a note from someone from the secret scociety that protects what the evil people want. They are hoping they would be assigned to some sort of project. one day in cass's lunch box was a secret incripted note from the magicion. they had to meet him at the dock at 12 pm. That day their also was a new boy at their school, he was a foreighn exchange student.

By the way, the cop thought she was a boy and left. Aiden felt guilty about eating their food and taking their stuff, so he left them a note. After that, they stole the house owners SUV and drove it to Vermont. They siphoned gas from another car, got caught and very nearly escaped. They went to Vermont, and while they were in their old summer house, Aiden got the picture of uncle frank, the CIA agent who hired his parents. They also ran into a bald man who tried to kill Miguel because he thought that he was Aiden. Aiden knocked him out with a piece of wood, but Miguel had already been shot in the arm. They left him by a car and told the car owners to bring him to a hospital. Agent Emmanuel Harris, the man who arrested their parents, almost ran over the bald man who tried to kill Aiden and Meg, but he got way. Agent Emanuel Harris tried to chase Aiden and Meg through the forest, but Aiden and Meg had stolen a quad, found a farm house, and slept there for the night.

Chap 1-5
Aiden went to the red jacket motor lodge after seeing that printed on a life preserver in the picture of uncle frank. He asked the man at the desk to see the records of the hotel guests. The man said no, and Meg went into a hotel room and set off the smoke alarm. When the guy left, Aiden looked at the records. Lindenaur wasn’t in there, so he searched Jane Macintosh, his girlfriend at the time. They found her address in Boston. They started going to the nearest bus station on their quad. They were going up a steep hill, and fell backwards. They went down the mountain, and an old man who saw them fall over put them in his truck and drove them to the hospital. They tried to ditch the man, but their mug shots were being displayed in the hospital. They left the hospital by hiding in an ambulance. They jumped out, and decided that they needed to leave Vermont. They took a late night bus to Boston.
I like this book because the author made everything suspenseful by having so many people looking for them. He also made the characters resourceful and clever which is very interesting.

Chap 6-9
Agent Emanuel Harris was starting to feel guilty about sending the falconers to prison. Also the Falconers found the address where Jane Macintosh lived. It was apparently a mini mall. They went into it and found out that Jane Macintosh had a travel business inside. It was closed for the weekend so the falconers had to find a place to stay. To do that they needed money. Aiden overheard construction workers needing a replacement, so he filled in and would do odd jobs. Meg went to the library to use the Internet to search for a hotel. While there, she searched her name. One of he hits was on an air travel sight. The falconers had an account with almost 700,000 frequent flier miles on it. They obviously wouldn’t be able to use their dads, but their mom used her maiden name, graham, with the same amount of points on it. While Aiden was at work, Meg decided to check into the royal Bostonian with the points, saying her mom was in a press conference. Meg decided to buy clothes from a thrift shop for her and Aiden so they didn’t stand out.
Again, this book is exciting because you never know when they will get caught. Also, Aiden and Meg can only rely on each other, but their character traits are so different, and that makes it funny.

Chap 9-15
The police arrived at the hotel where Aiden and Meg were staying. Aiden and Meg tried to escape the hotel, but cops surrounded the hotel. At the last minute, Aiden remembered on of his dads mystery books, when Mac Mulvey (main character) was surrounded by cops in an apartment. He escaped by jumping down a laundry shoot, so they did too. In the bottom floor, they over heard 2 workers talking about a robbery, and that was why the cops were there, not for Aiden and Meg. The next day, Meg was going to take a girl named Chelsea to the movies, because she had seen her sulking around the hotel while her dad was away on “business”. They went and had a good time, but Chelsea would get upset and break down whenever the robbery was mentioned, or also at her skill of climbing and sneaking around. Meg realized she was the robber when her dad came out of a pawn shop. The next day, Jane Macintosh was in her store and realized who Aiden and Meg were. She told them all she knew about Lindenauer. He sped and always paid with cash. That was it. She told them to come back to her house later that day. Later, Agent Emanuel Harris decided to get the adult falconers together from their prisons and televise a plead to their children to turn themselves it so they don’t get in danger. Meg was spotted viewing the televised plead on a TV in a display window, and she was recognized. She ran away after that. Meg met up with Aiden, hid for a little bit, then went to aunt Jane’s who called the cops on them after she saw their parents plead. They tried to runaway, but Meg got caught. Aiden got away though.
I like this book because the author made everything suspenseful by having so many people looking for them. The characters are very smart, and funny. Also, there are a lot of twists, and you never know what will happen.

Chap 15-19
Aiden had to run away from the police, and he got away from them. Meg was going to be picked up by Harris. Meg was moved to a room for the cops with a bed in it. Aiden fell asleep in a woodshed, and decided he would break out Meg. The next day, he wore a disguise and snuck into the police station. Remembering that frank Lindenaur was a fast driver, he decided to look to see if he got a ticket. He did and he grabbed on of the papers saying he did, hoping it had his address on it. He ran out before anyone saw him, and overheard someone talking about a girl in a crash pad. He figured it was Meg, and he looked for a map of the station. He found one and found a room called the constables dayroom. He figured that would be the crash pad. Meanwhile, Meg saw the bald assassin that was in Vermont coming onto the station. Aiden found the room and was going in, so Meg hid in the closet thinking it was the assassin, or “Hairless Joe”. Aiden went to the closet, and when he opened it, Meg kicked him, and winded him, but then realized who it was. They decided to sneak out. Aiden put on a uniform that was in the closet and pretended to be a cop. He led meg out of the room, and into the lobby.
You never know what will happen in this book. The author makes you think one thing will happen and then does something totally different. He makes the 2 main characters that can only trust each other so different. I like the books in this series.

Chap 19-21(end)
Aiden started walking out of the hallway, and everything was going fine. They recognized hairless Joe in the lobby though, and he recognized them. Aiden and Meg kept walking o the door, and when Joe started following them, Aiden pointed at him and yelled, “GUN!!!” The cops tackled Joe, and Aiden and Meg ran out of the police station. In the road, everyone thought that Aiden was a cop. They followed his directions and Aiden soon recognized hairless Joe’s red hummer. He directed traffic so a big tractor-trailer carrying logs blocked the roads. Aiden almost got run over by Joe, but Meg pushed him out of the way. The hummer crashed and Joe got knocked out. He said call an ambulance and then ran way with Meg. Later, Harris found out that Meg was gone with a imposter cop. Back to Aiden and Meg, Aiden unfolded the paper that he got from the police station, and it had Lindenaur’s address on it. It was addressed to California. Aiden and Meg crossed the borde4r and went into Cambridge Massachusetts.
I like this book because you want to know what comes next. Aiden and Meg beat the cops again, and I want to find out what else the different characters will do.

So, Stella the evil step sister randomly has an act of kindness and says to Phoebe that she'll help her with her Greek verby stuff, if Phoebe tries to break up Adara and Griffin. Then stella says if you don't I'll agree with the parents that keeping you here for another year would be good...blah blah...So while running, she gets closer to him, she cuts her running time down by 3 minutes which is really great, she likes him more, he acts like her, then they're like "having a moment" or whatever, and Stella finds out that he is related to Hercules too, but theres only one person per generation, and that decendant has to do the "hero thing", like when Phoebe "hurt" her foot, he carried her home; not because he wanted to, because he had to, so they get closer, and then Adara and Stella come over and are like "you won the bet, you owe me a latte" to Stella; talking about Griffin, and Phoebe asks what bet, Griffin says is nothing then Adara tells her that the bet was if Griffin could get Phoebe to think he really liked her,Stella won, but Adar thought she had more self-respect than that, so she lost. Phoebe gets SOOOOO mad and sad to Griffin, almost cries, then runs home. She gets home, checks her e-mail and she has 3. One from the coach at USC saying shes going to get the scholarship...blah...one from Cesca saying she's sorry she's been so mean, Phoebe writes back Me too...then she gets one from Griffin saying he's sorry and that he could do it over again, he wouldn't treat her so badly, and that today wasn't about the bet, it was real.
Damien tells her that there was something in America about the secret of the island, and it wasn't from Cesca. It was on a blog by JAM FREAK, and Phoebe knows who it is instantly: Ex-Boyfriend Justin. She calls Cesca and asks if she told anyone about the powers thing that slipped up the one time. In the back, she hears Justin...in Cesca's house! :O Then she finds out that Cesca and Justin are going out! But then Cesca finds out he over-read her private e-mail, and she actually gets him out of her house.
I like it so far because it's teen drama which i love, except it's that PLUS magical powers and best friends across the world!

So at dinner the next day or whatever, Stella comes in saying "oh, i'm not hungry, i had a huge latte" rubbing the whole bet thing in Phoebe's face, So Phoebe's like about to hit her, and her mom and Damien make them talk about it, and Stella says she really didn't know that Phoebe actually liked him, and shes sorry about that.
At practice the next day, coach purposely puts Griffin and Phoebe together, because they're equally matched, and no one else can "push" Phoebe. P. finds out why Nicole hates Griffin and it was that when G and N were little, they got in trouble, and Ns mom and dad got banished, but N thinks G did that on purpose, but Gs parents got completely banished. He says the bet ended for him on the day that Phoebe hurt her foot. So the ending is pretty obvious(well to me anyway.) At the race, Nola and Cesca are there, Phoebe wins, Griffin ends up with Phoebe, She finds out she's a descendant of Nike the running god, She lives hapily ever after...blah, she finds out that her dad died because of his powers; he knew the rules, and broke them anyway, and his punishment was death. Oh, Phoebe gets to tell N and C that she's magical. Phoebe winds up staying another year to master her skills and be with Griffin.
The ending was WAY to predictable, i knew she was going to be a descendant in the like 3rd chapter. Otherwise, I liked it a lot! :] 3.5 stars

After being on a ship for days peter was hungry and tried,but he counldn't go down to the deck to get food in sight of sailors. So he dicided to go out and get water, so he flew down out of sight and hide behind the door as Tink gave him water one shell full at a time. Then he when below deck to find food without anyone seeing him. When he tryed to get meat, until the man woke up and chased him to the deck and peter jumped off.
Molly couldn't sleep because she was worried about her father being gone. She sat at her window and looked out at the darkness, until she saw a Bobby (a English police officer)walked into her yard and started to talk to one of the garudes, and then he left. Molly never know why the bobby was there in the first place at this time of night, the the maid open the door and started to say that she needed to go to bed and sleep. After talking avery long time with this maid and left, she had a feeling that that maid was standing there the whole time she was awake.... And she was.

Peter was now in the mast for a day now and had no food for a long time. When the ship hit the English dock it started to rain. Peter and tink had the idea of fling into the rain so no one can see them. And soon thay were in the streets of londen, Peter then bumped into an old man that told him to trust no one here in the streets of londen.
When Nessese adn Stige bourded the dock the so-called Bobby and another man was standing there and told them of the grades and the dog. Stige said it would be no problem for Lord Obren, this sent fesr in every one s eyes when Lord Oben came on to the dork. They soon found a buggy to get them to the Mansion where Molly lived.
Peter was now walking around the streets of Londen and he soon sat down to rest, but then a boy came up to him a told him that he know a place where it was warm and has food and beds. Peter then followed the boy into a little shake that was in the ally ways. But it was a trap, an old man made Peter stay in the house and work for him and get the man money. When thay were all asleep, Tink had a plan that was a way to get out. Peter was then yelling on the floor saying that his hair was on fire, this worked and he ran away from the house with the man right at he heels. Peter climded a latter to the top of a bilding and fly away. When the man got to the top he didn't find Peter so he went back to the house and fell asleep.

ch 1-10
Eugenides is now the not so proud king of Attolia. through sweet talking, and kidnapping the queen, She marries eguenidies out of her own will. the terrible war between the 3 countries finally comes to an end. with a treaty between Attolia and Eddis, Sounis backs off. now it is Atollia turn to shine. the borons on lords were pretty much running the country, and the queen has to keep them in check. no one knows it, but Eguenides is very cunning, and they mock him constantly. so now the queen has to teach the new king how to keep tht cunningness in check, as well as the lords of her court. but Eguenides ins't alone. a palace gaurd took a sucker punch at Eguenides. now it is hell for the little soldier.
this book is a little dull. but is perfectly completes the trilogy. the first book, tensions build up. the second one, those tensions snap, and war breaks out; not to mension a new invader comes, the medes. now the third book, is all about political stability in all three countries. all of the good stuff.

A fat kid MOO Nelson (his names Mikey, but he's fat so people call him moo like a cow.) likes to go on a bridge over looking the highway all the time. It's his happy place :]
So he talks about this one huge incident that leads to pretty much the whole plot. Okay, so hes on the bride, then a BMW and Range Rover(moo is car expert) come speeding down the highway late at night, in a car chase. So they each get out and start fighting, then more people come out from the cars, then BMW guy falls to the ground pretending Range Rover Guy Hit him. but he never touched him.Then like 2 minutes later, the cops and the ambulance are there. (weird because no one else is at the scene of the crime, and they came so quick). So one cop comes on the bridge and starts interrogating Moo, because he's the only witness.The cop gets his address and says he'll visit him tomorrow. So, that's what moo says was the start of it.But then the next chapter goes on to say that it really all started when his dad got caught in a scam for money and his family had to move. That's when moo got fat too.
So moo tells his parents that the cop is going to come by tomorrow and their like well you shouldn't be involved.
I think that if the cops interrogated him because he's a witness..hes OBVIOUSLY involved!!
His parents are stupid in my opinion. I like how in the book certain words are capitalized and stuff. I think its interesting so far. :]

Huck is a regualr kid who lives in the south. His father doens't live with him so he is forced to live with Miss. Watson. She is a very nice but strict lady who wantes Huck to be well eduacted and never to do anything bad. She even makes him dress in very nice clothes that he really doesn't like to do. He always wanted to smoke, but he knew he's get in trouble if he did, so he didn't. As time went by, Huck was becoming like a good kid. His friends found a cave and planned to kill and kidnap people, but it never happened. All of huck's friends seemed to have agreat imagination, but Huck really didn't seem to believe any of it. Soon after that Huck's dad all of a sudden came back. he was all dirty and druck. He was yelling at Huck for being more eduacated then him and told him to stop and come with him. Huck's dad told Huck to give him money, he did and all he did was spend it on achohol. before that Huck had given up alot of money , and Huck's dad told him to give him it but he didn't have it . Huck's dad went to jail alot. He always got druck and got himself into trouble. the judge invited him to his house one night and he promised him to be a better guy, but in the guest room that night he drank, fell out of the window and broke his leg. Soon after that Huck had moved out into the forest with him. He was always drunk, leaving him locked in the house for days without him even there. Sometimes he thought he had drowned. But he came back everytime. One time he started to saw the cabin open to get out but just as he was doing that his dad came back. As tie passed huck really wanted to get away so he filled a raft up with food and other supplies he would need and went off into the water. He heard maney voices and it was really dark, but no matter what he kept going to an island he had heard of

this is a pretty short chapter, and it just fills in the details. Now the king and his little Guard fakll into a routine. first he goes to the hall to have some breakfast, then he goes to the training yard for some exersises. then it is time for the couts to meets and discuss the state of the country and how to fix it. then it is luch time. then it is time for some more counciling. the king's little gaurd get promoted to a lutenuent, this position is next to being captin of the guard.
this chapter was altright. it was just a fill in the details kind of chapter. it shows how this type of lifestyle doesn't fit eugenedes at all, but at least he takes the Gaurd down with him.

John and Lorraine came home from school and decided to prank call people like they do almost every night. It came to lorraine's turn, she closed her eyes, touched a random name in the phone book and called the person. all she had to do was stay on the phone with the person for as long as she could. the man who answered seemed very happy. lorraine said that she represented a charity and asked him if he would like to give some money. He said that he would be glad to . He seemed very happy and wanted to talk to Lorraine for a long time,. he talked about how alone he felt because his was away. Then he invite dthem both over to give them the moeny. lorraine didn't want to back out of it and tell him it was a prank because she would feel bad and he wasjust a really nice man. So the next day John and lorraine skipped school and went to mr. pignati's house. lorraine was trying to convice John not to go because something could happen but he siad they had to get the money and he'd be suspicouis if thety didn't come. Wen they got there mr. Pignati was very nice. he was nicer then they thought. Almost to nice. they had a good conversation. then he showed them his pig collection. He had a whole shelf full. There were all different kinds too. Big ones. Fat ones , all kinda. Some of them Mr Pignati gave to his wife. After a while mr. pignati asked john and lorriane to go to the zoo the next day. he went to the zoo everyday and he wanted to spend more time with him so they decided to go. Lorriane didn't want to go again because she wasn't interested but john said they would have to go to be nice. After mr. pinatis house lorraine and john went to a little hang out place where the guy who lives there gives free drinks even if the kids are young. John had some drinks and smoked a little the lorraine went home. Lorraine didn't expect her mom to be home but she was. She thought she'd yell at her for being home late. But she didn't she aksed where hse was and lorraine said she was at a meeting but her mom still questioned. she was tired and asked lorraine to make her own dinner. She then went to bed and when she did lorraine called john. they were talking about the zee but then lorraines mom came in and lorraine pretended that it was her friend and hung up. the next day john and lorraine went to the zoo. John had a good time,. they looked at all the animals. Lorraine not so much, She hated the people who worked there. they were always so mean and she went up to a stand to buy some peanuts . the lady was so mean. that was the beggining of lorraines bad day. She got chased buy birds and john just stood there, she really didn't have a good time. John did but lorraine didn't. at the end of the day Mr. Pignati asked lorraine and john . but they didn't know what to do now.

huck fin is on the island by himself. He thinks it's his own little island and he owns it. He searches the island. he gets berries and carries his gun around all the time. Sometimes he hears voices but he can never really see the people. He gets hungry alot too. he thinks that the people he knew would try to look for him. he knew they were looking for him. Ms watson was probably worried. they would look for him all the time until they couldn't find him anymore and just give up. One time he saw alot of them come by in the river and throw big bolders in the water so it would make his dead body come up from the water. But it never worked. he tried searching searching the whole island before. it was big and he climbed up on a tree just to see all of it. It was realy nice, Then it was dark and he went back to his camp sight. he then decided to go across the river to get some foo.d as he got over there he heard some horses and voices. he wanted to see who it was. he searched around for along time hearing voices but never seeing any people. Finanlly he found a fitr. As he walked closer and closer to it he saw jim. Ms watsons husaband. he hadn't seen him in forever. he then yelled out his name. JIm! Jim then got scared. he thought he was a ghost. he said what did he have to diserve this, to be haunted by a ghost. Huck then went back to the boat so he wouldn't get aught and quickly got out of there before he had the time when he reached the other side back to his campsight, he went to sleep.

there is a kid named huckleberry that was fun a recent book called the adventures of tom sawyer. they tell you right off the bat that tom sawyer is a trouble maker and he usually takes some children with him in his dirty deeds. they tell you also that huck is a very poor boy that was abandoned by his mother and father. his father had a drinking problem and the widow and judge thatcher took custody of him. he became an orphan. later on in the story his father comes back and asked for some of that money that the judge has put in a trust for huck (that tom and huck found in a cave, $6000 each). he gave him around 2 dollars, and the father was only using it for wiskey too. also, the widow has slave named jim. one day tom and huck sneeked up on him while he was sleeping and put his hat on the tree above him and when he awoke, he believed that it was the witches and spirts that took his head up there. so now he became famous between all the slaves for his popular witch stories.

Well, things are pretty much normal in Atollia. the King's own joke on the gaurd Costis, making him lutenient, sort of backfires. all of the other Gaurd menbers treat him like a honerable leader, even the veterans. all the servents of the king like to play tricks on him. they lead him to the wrong corneres and dead ends in the palace. there is also a servant that helps Costis with all the kings tortures, like the Mede language, and training.
this chapter is pretty funny. it shows how everyone is coping with the newly crowned king. none of the palace servents like him. this is how thwey play there games.

when huck's pap came back, he was drunk and demanded money, and takes him to a cabin somewhere with a lake. as his father gets even more drunk and leaves the cabin, huck needs a plan to get away. so he starts drilling a hole in the cabin, he found a little raft/boat thinh that was going to use to get away through the mississippi river. but when his pap came back as found him missing... he thought he was murdered because the hole was filled back up ad it wasn't noticable to pap. before huck left, he took clothes, pots, pans, food, and anything valuable that would be neccesary to live alone. so he gets into his boat and sails off. days later he reaches jackson island. days later, a ferry rides by, and guess who's on it; tom sawyer, pap, the widow, and betsie, all looking for his corpse. they were throwing loaves of bread to see if the corpse would rise to the surface. while still hiding, huck grabbed it and ate it. later, he finds a person... who is it?

blister's best friend jonah, has been accused of shoplifting, but blister knows thathe didn't do it. he has always wanted to be popular and this was finally his chance to show to the popular kids that he has guts to steal. but he even knows that he didn't steal, but didn't want to tatletale on the real theif, jakob cutter. at home, mary reed (blister's mother) and frank holt (her mother's new husband) just bought a new home and they all moved into it. but of course, the person living next to her is the theif, jakob cutter. right from the start, blister knows that she sorta likes him, and he likes her...he gave her a single rose in a vase. how adorable, but she acts like they aren't friends and she doesn't like it, but she takes into her room anyway (: jakob called her one day and asked her if she would walk to school with her, before she could give me an answer, he said "great, i'll pick you up at 7:30 sharp, be ready." now, jonah has run away because the police would be him in juvie if they caught him... and blister starts to search for him. she had to look for him at a place where he was last happy ever since he doesn't have a father, and his baby sister died during birth... he only place she could think was her old elementry school, bixley, was the last place that everything was going right for him. she walks into their sixth grade classroom and open the supply closet, and called for him, he was there and he looked like a nerd. she trys to make him come out and tell the police the real story, but he refuses and says "i'm staying here forever and you can't stop me!" he then asked her if she could bring him food every morning on the way to her new school, and she accepted... so after this, she went to the market and guess who she saw?! jakob cutter. he asked who she was shopping for and she replied, "myself, i like a good old pb&j." and took the stuff to jonah after, banans, raisins, pb&j's, bread, anything that would last until he couldn't take it any longer and come out! before she leaves, she tries to pull him out nd grabs him by the shirt, but misses, and he kisses her. but jonah was aiming for her lips, but missed and kissed her forehead. whatta dummy! (:
this book is very good, i really like how the author gives you so much detail about how each character is feeling and what they want to do in the future. i really like how blister falls in love with two guys, her best friend and her "enemie." who will she choose?
by the way, where it starts "i relaly like this book," is where my opinion starts!

the person that is found on the island, is jim, a runaway slave. he is startled to see huck there. they find out that there is a huge storm coming in, so they hide under a river boat until the storm passes, it does. then huck disguises as a girl to get information about pap and everyone looking for him. his new girl name is sarah williams. a women finds him and she says that there are no one by the name of sarah williams on the island... he also finds out some information. there were rewards for people who find jim and huck. $200 for huck and $300 for jim. the lady has believed that huck "sarah williams" knows jim, so she tells her husband to look for jim on jackson island with another man and a gun. the lady then knows that huck is really a boy and his name is george peters and he is a mean farmer. back at the camp, jim and huck build a decoy campfire so that it would lead the gun people where they aren't. they leave on a raft and while drifting down, they come across robbers stealing good in a wrecked ship with thousands of dollars. the two robbers are threatening to kill the third robber if he would "tell" anyone about this. huck said that they have to cut the robber's boat loose so that it will prevent them from escaping. jim responded by saying that their OWN boat has been cut loose and drifted away. now jim and huck swim over to th robbers boat, and they have many iteams in the boat... they finally find their raft, get on it, and go ashore to get help. find ferry watchmen and says that a family is stranded on a wreck called the "walter scott" he convinces the watchmen to take the ferry and go help the family in danger. they did. then, they sink the robbers boat and then fall asleep. then they see the "walter scott" drift downstream and knew that the robbers haven't survived.
I really like this book, it is just like hatchet except they are not stranded on an island... i really like huck's personality and how he reacts to himself helping jim run away, he thinks he's a bad person for not believing in the society that he lives in. :)

in the next chapters, huck and jim find a bunch of old things on the "walter scott," such as books, clothes, and cigars. they take one of the many books and huck reads it to him, telling him about the many adventures and he made up some of his own adventures also. he told stories about the dolphin and king solomon and how he chopped off a baby's head. the dolphin is currently wandeirng around America. jim also refuses to believe that the french don't speak english. huck tries to argue but is overruled. defeated! they were heading down ohio river and their raft get's separated and lose direction. they finally reunite and huck tells jim that it is all a dream... when jim find out that he was lieing, he get's very mad. so huck feels bad for lieing. huck is also worried that because jim has escaped from his rightful owner, miss. watson. jim wants to go to free states and gain freedom for his kids and wife. if the master's don't give up the family, then he will kidnapp them. huck is jim's only friend too. a raft with two men came up and asked if there are any slaves on his boat. he leads the men in believing that his family is on the boat with smallpox. out of pity they leave huck $40 dollars in gold for him and his "family." they pass several towns and they then stop for the night. they separate again, and this time, he comes across an island and is cornered by a pack of dogs.
i really like this book. it is very suspenceful and somewhat hard to understand. my favorite part so far is how huck is such as great liar to watchmen and the people who came up to his boat and asked for any slaves were on there, and of course, he made up a great story about how his family was suffering from smallpox and that they should back off before they get them. he's such a great liar.
